In fact, there are a number of roles where Sean Bean survives thru the end, the most surprising apparently being the two "Silent Hill" flicks! - I haven't seen either in ages (and didn't like them), but I am told that Bean survives even the end of the sequel!
Another example is his TNT TV show, "Legends", which Bean was the lead of.

Mercifully not. Not sure what you are thinking of - but while it took ages for Peacock to renew "Twisted Metal", they did renew it. It was never in the "cancelled" bin.
Could you have been thinking of "Teacup", which Peacock did cancel?...
