With Trump the Chump trying to get rid of all the Politically Correct nonsense, it is possible (some companies have already dropped the quota-filling silliness), but I wouldn't hold your breath. Politically Correct stupidity is pretty much the norm these days. Plus Trump the Chump will be gone again in a few years (despite him trying to change the laws on Presidential terms of office) and the next person will more than likely reverse any changes.
