 Tuesdays are supposed to be my "half days" at work, but between errands I ran and work I had to do, yesterday was longer than usual. So, as a result, once again I was too tired to do anything but soaps:
 soaps: DOOL - OK, this is ridiculous! - Friday's ep ended with Rafe and EJ struggling over the syringe of the memory-erasing drug. It's now been two episodes since and they *still* haven't returned to this at all! Did Rafe get injected with the the memory-erasing drug?! EJ?! Both of them?!! We still don't know!!... In Tue's ep, Stephanie explains the story of the Rafe-fake, Arnold Feniger, to Alex, and then they both start spreading their theory that Feniger is FauxRafe currently - Alex to NuGabi, and Stephanie to Jada, though it's unclear if either were buying it yet. At the end, Shawn comes out of the shower at Jada's, stunning Stephanie. Meanwhile, Feniger hooks up with the stripper again, and instructs her to call him "Arnie"... Nothing else of importance happened in this ep.
    GH - Willow shows up at Drew's new place with Nina, which annoys Drew - Nina gets a good dig or two in on Drew; later, Nina pressures Maxie to give her the combo to Drew's safe, so Nina can rifle through it looking for dirt... I love how NuJack Brennan is working Josslyn - he outright tells her that they planted evidence implicating Jason, but points out the police don't have enough evidence to actually do anything. And then he seems to press her into spy work immediately!! It is unclear if Drew will back Jason's alibi (I'm guessing he won't). Selina Wu attempts to coerce Brad into quitting his hospital job, but Brad trades the dirt he has on Portia to Selina to keep it - I can't wait to see Selina turn the screws to Portia!

I watched:
Elevation (HBO) 2024 post-apocalyptic movie starring Anthony Mackie as one of a handful of survivors living on a mountain top where humans have found A Quiet Place to survive after monsters mysterious appeared and wiped out 95% of humanity.  The only survivors are people living at least 8,000 feet above sea level.  The monsters are bullet proof and otherwise unstoppable, but they won't go that high.  They literally stop at lines drawn on the ground that mark 8,000 feet.  Those are some of the most rule respecting monsters ever.  But this is a movie which means the plot will require Mackie to take a trip below 8,000 feet.  It's a low budget movie so he can only afford to bring two companions in the form of Morena Baccarin and Maddie Hasson.  If you've seen "Edge of Tomorrow," or "The Tomorrow War," or "A Quiet Place," or "Bird Box," then you've watched this low budget version of those movies.  It will kill the time if there's nothing else on to watch.
