 Trachtenberg was found dead Wednesday in her New York City apartment

 The sources told ABC News the actress recently underwent a liver
transplant and may have been experiencing complications. Trachtenberg is
believed to have died of natural causes and no foul play is suspected.

 I wonder why she needed to go through a liver transplant. Normally
isn't that something needed by heavy drinkers? Which I'm sure wasn't
her issue. I'm not sure of what else might have led to a need for a
liver transplant that might have impacted her.

Some places do say she had suspected alcohol issues, but nothing she has ever said publicly proves that. The liver can be damaged by other things too, such as various diseases, cancer, and injuries.
