Watson was in the middle of the countryside. The kid's having breathing
difficulty, which is an emergency that requires immediate attention. He
orders the mother to drive real fast and take him to Pittsburgh!

That 6-lane divided highway across a great plane must be computer
generated. It's perfectly tangent all the way to the horizon.

Pittsburgh is in the mountains. Idiots.
