[OT] British asylum system is a farce

It seems that the British asylum system is now in the business of rewarding criminals by giving them asylum using some of the most ludicrous justifications imaginable. Picture a Zimbabwean asylum seeker in Britain who is convicted of pedophilia then being allowed to stay in Britain rather than deported because he fears being persecuted in Zimbabwe if he is sent back there? That kind of judicial ruling is apparently increasingly common in Britain, as Leo Kearse describes in this video:

Then there are the adult pedophiles who claim to be children who are getting detained in facilities designed to hold only children and families. Imagine "punishing" a pedophile by putting him AMONGST children! When independent assessors determined that one such individual was actually 23, the courts decided that such evidence was no longer admissible!
