 Given the choice between teaching their kids to count or tell time and learning to hate Jews, I'm sure the latter is more attractive to the leaders of the Palestinian demographic.

The approach may be one of subtle indoctrination ...e.g., a casual display of non-chattel females, or of tolerance in general.
