 Muskrat isn't aware of his own insane stupidity, which can sometimes prove to be fatal. For example, he could stupidly use his own Tesla's useless "self-driving" garbage system and crash. (At the very least he might finally understand that the idiotic system does not work, but I doubt even that would convince the egotisical looney that he's wrong!)
 

Personally I think he is quite aware that the Tesla "self drive" system doesn't actually work.  He just doesn't care about the deaths and maimings.
