 Nope - Robin's "Previously Released" section is for stuff that was released before the dated period of her list (March 15-23 for this one). It not a list of stuff that's necessarily been to other streamers first.
 

This is correct. Specifically, it's stuff that was released the previous week but not included in the previous week's listings because it wasn't announced in advance.
As a practical matter, it's mostly from Netflix, with occasional contributions from Tubi and others that I happen to come across. The Netflix "previously-released" list is the only one that I specifically search.
