Picture if you will a monument to one of the greatest imaginations of our time: a six-foot bronze statue of "Twilight Zone" creator Rod Serling, which was erected in Recreation Park in Binghamton, New York in 2024.
Serling lived in Binghamton and spent much of his spare time in the park, conjuring up ideas for his many projects. The statue was gifted to the city by the Rod Serling Memorial Foundation Board, and reportedly cost approximately $140,000 to make.
Money well spent in the memory of a man whose artistic vision will be long remembered not only here on earth...but in the Twilight Zone.
