It is not really a "reboot" (that's just lazy journalists misusing the term again), but is actually a sequel with Liam Neeson playing the son of Leslie Nielsen's character from the original movie.
Not having seen the trailer and ignoring my dislike of any resurrected old series or movie, it seems like Liam Neeson is an incredibly bad casting choice for a comedy movie.
