EFF K-dramas!!

A movie I might actually have sampled if it hadn't gone to Netflix.

         Monday, April 7
       Broadcast and cable:
Paradise        [new; linear premiere]        (10 pm, ABC)
Secret Service agent Xavier Collins (Sterling K. Brown) is accused of killing the president (James Marsden) in the political thriller series created by Dan Fogelman. The Hulu series (recently renewed for a 2nd season) makes its broadcast debut with a replay of Season 1.
Wait - they're going to run the whole season on ABC, rather than just the pilot ep?!
Probably too little too late - if they want to do this right, they need to run shows like this on the networks *first*, and then take them to streaming, not the other way around.

The Hunting Party       (season 1 finale)          (10 pm, NBC)
Ha ha ha! You can forget about a second season of this one!!

         Tuesday, April 8
       Streaming:
Spy High         [new; complete limited series]         (12:01 am, Prime Video)
A teen's life is upended when his school accuses him of dealing drugs using a photo from his bedroom. His family's lawsuit reveals a shocking scandal that sparks FBI involvement and raises alarming questions about student privacy. Four episodes.
Doc. Pass.

My Next Guest Needs No Introduction With David Letterman     (part 2 of season 5)       (3:01 am, Netflix)
The final three episodes of season 5.

         Wednesday, April 9
       Broadcast and cable:
Good Cop/Bad Cop         (season 1 finale)            (8 pm, CW)
And, unlike Anim, I never saw a second of this.
If The CW wants me to watch their shows, they probably need to run them on Monday nights...

         Thursday, April 10
       Streaming:
G20         (movie)           (12:01 am, Prime Video)
Terrorists attack a G20 summit filled with world leaders, and it's up to the American president (Viola Davis) to save the day in this straight- to-streaming thriller that also stars Anthony Anderson, Antony Starr, Elizabeth Marvel, Clark Gregg, Marsai Martin, and Ramon Rodriguez. 1h 48m.
I will probably check this out, though I already have a sizeable movie backlog on streaming right now.

Hacks           (season 4 premiere)          (9 pm, Max)
The Emmy-winning hit returns for a new season that revolves around Deborah's (Jean Smart) new gig as a late-night talk show host. Joining the Season 4 cast are Julianne Nicholson and Michaela Watkins, while season 3 newcomers Helen Hunt and Tony Goldwyn also return. The first two (of 10) episodes stream today, followed by a single episode each Thursday through May 29, with a double episode on May 15.

Nobody around here seems to watch this one...

     Broadcast and cable:
Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: A Lesson in Murder     (movie; linear premiere)         (8 pm, Hallmark Mystery)

Stars Skyler Samuels (as young Aurora), Evan Roderick, and Marilu Henner. Yeah, they're just airing this now?!
And did they ever produce more than two of them?!...
