The Hunting Party (season 1 finale) (10 pm, NBC)
I finished this one up. Has it been renewed?
The Handmaid's Tale (final season 6 premiere) (12:01 am, Hulu)
Ten episodes. Three stream today, with the rest following once weekly
through May 27.
I'm still in the middle of Season 5. So much TV to watch...
G20 (movie) (12:01 am, Prime Video)
Terrorists attack a G20 summit filled with world leaders, and it's up to
the American president (Viola Davis) to save the day in this
straight-to-streaming thriller that also stars Anthony Anderson, Antony
Starr, Elizabeth Marvel, Clark Gregg, Marsai Martin, and Ramon
Rodriguez. 1h 48m.
I was going to pass on this but the girlfriend pointed out that with a black
ninja president kicking ass and saving the world, not watching it and
absorbing the propaganda is likely a hate crime, so I guess we'll have to
watch it. I'm sure it will drive me absolutely nuts with all the "that's not
how any of this works" moments.
Black Mirror (complete season 7) (3:01 am, Netflix)
The 7th season of Netflix's hit sci-fi anthology series streams today
with six new episodes, including a sequel to one of the show's
best-known episodes, the Star Trek riff "USS Callister." The latter will
be a nearly feature-length episode (one of two this season) and will
return director Toby Haynes and some of the cast from "Callister,"
including Cristin Milioti
Love Cristin Milioti. She has a spacious suite in my pocket.
