With good reason. The producers probably never even read it. For legal reasons
it was likely screened out by some intern or 3rd-party mail reading service.

underatood..  But my note (I wasn't clear in my
post here..) was simply of the type "I have an
idea... what's your procedure/who should I submit
it to?" form.
