A bit off topic but I'm reminded of just how useful a carrot can be.
Cut it on the diagonal and you have a great fish scaling tool. One
that won't have scales flying all over the place the way you will with
the back of a knife or an actual scaling tool. Just one of those tips
I picked up from Youtube that would come in handy if I ever went
fishing.
