This looks like a version of Married With Children (1987 - 1997)

I have no idea how this compares to the original, because
it needs english subtitles to be understood by Russian
non-speakers!

Note how I included the date in the title? I have no
idea if there are any reality show remakes or dramatic
soap opera remakes of it, or porn or CGI versions, so the
date of a show or movie should be part of a title to avoid
potential confusion. It can't be assumed that all shows
being discussed are new shows, and there are creaky, ancient,
arthritic shows that are discussable even when it's not
being shown on TV at the moment.

I've tried to watch youtube videos of American movies,
otherwise unavailable, that are narrated in russian,
but that doesn't work. Narration is the WORST way to
translate a work, subtitles actually work.
Yes, it is. In fact, I wrote about in 2007.
