I don't think so. I watched the Sherlock Holmes movie with the submarine
(private life?) within the last month or two and had no problem paying
attention to it.

 
It seems like every couple years, someone makes some variant of Sherlock
Holmes, the latest with Holmes being an oriental woman.

Or as it turns out you can watch it on HBO Max with subtitles. The
episodes on Easynews are a mixed bad. Three with subtitles the rest
without. Verified by looking at the thumbnail. If the image doesn't
have any visible subtitles then they likely aren't included.
