The report I read does not mention fatalities so I'm hoping the injuries
aren't too bad although I imagine the psychological trauma is going to
be very difficult to overcome if it can be overcome at all.

Federal hate crime was charged; no bail. The state charges could have
had bail but the bond was in the 10s of millions of dollars.

Hate crime because he just wanted to kill Jews. Terrorism charges were
inappropriate because the act wasn't intended to change government
policy.
