I have had success posting on NOSTR. It is uncensorable, being based on a decentralized network of relays. And it is growing.
There are many ways to access MOSTR -- as it is a protocol, not a platform. Perhaps the easiest is through primal.net and the Primal app. But once you get on there, there are many discussions about other apps and means of access.
I must admit I haven't found any pro audio discussions there yet, but the protocol is still quite young.
