I don't know exact numbers, but Leclerc didn't convert pole to victory
many times.
A little fiddling in Forix says Norris has eight poles, with only two wins from them.
Leclerc has 26 poles and only 5 wins from them.
The other guy with 26 poles is Mika Häkkinen; 10 wins.
