Thinking of Brian Lawrence?  He mentioned once or twice that he had his own database.  He hasn't posted in rasf1 for a couple of years.
Getting some data out of Forix is easy (list of all winners with number of wins; same for poles) but other questions would be tedious without an actual database to query.
