Based on my life experience there are many signals from inside the
RedBull organization that there are many problems.
They need hard reset. The best approach would be for them to start
over completely. New management team, new technical leadership team,
new drivers... And within couple of years they could come back to
podiums and winning.
I'm not sure owners will be brave enough for such radical step, but
this would be the best for them. Similar to reinventing the
organizations in NFL. Some franchizes do this periodically and after
few years of rebuilding they are able to return to winning and
playoffs.
