Scary headline and reportage aside, I'll wait to see what actual policy is effected. For example, callers to a firearms radio show:https://www.gunslingerauctions.com/gunslinger-radioRegularly ask about procedures to petition for expungement of a 40 or 50 year old marijuana conviction so as to legally buy a firearm.
There are grey areas in this, as in all things.
