... and the change of that law did NOT change drunk driving deaths whatsoever because you can barely feel 0.08% blood alcohol and drunk driving deaths are caused by people with over 2.0.

What change in what law?  What does the 2.0 mean?
Hint:  The 0.08% blood alcohol limit for a DUI became effective in
California on Jan 1, 1990.

The law wasn't changed to reduce DD deaths but for pieces of shit like you and Gavin Loathsome to say that you were doing something.

What was the "something" that Gavin and I were allegedly doing?

My auto accident was caused entirely by a seizure and I remember the start of it and there was a cop on one side and a wall on the other and the seizure started and I consciously chose the concrete wall side so as not to offer any danger to the cop. After I missed the cop and all of the cars in front of me I had the usual epilepsy loss of memory. But some piece of shit like you can pretend that I was drunk when I probably had too much to drink with my loss of judgement from epilepsy but it didn't effect my driving at all.

Tell it to the judge.  Oh, I forgot.  You didn't bother appearing in
court to tell it to the judge.

So, which is correct?  When you had too much to drink and it didn't
affect your driving or when you participated in causing 4 car wreck?

What does it feel like to be next to homeless and be on Medical to survive?

insults does anything to improve your image and reputation?
