Ebay was originally the start of Elon Musk's career
Not quite. Elon got his start with Paypal(2000), which he sold to
eBay in Oct 2002 for $1.5 billion. He used some the money to fund
various startups such as SpaceX(2002), Tesla(2004), SolarCity(2006),
OpenAI(2015), Neuralink(2016), The Boring Company(2016), and
Twitter(2022).

It is really odd how long it takes to get orders from Ebay venders.
Yes, very odd. When I order from a US vendor, and NOT during Chinese
New Year, I usually receive the order in 7 to 10 days. I also order
things for friends and neighbors with similar prompt shipping.
Admittedly, delivery was erratic during the pandemic years, when Louis
DeJoy was trying to destroy the post office, but that ended along with
the pandemic in about May 2023. I'm not sure what to suggest except
to get a PO Box. It's a bit tricky, but you can get packages
delivered for pickup, which has eliminated the porch pirate and "lost
in shipment" problems.

The catch is that the PO Box costs money and you have to pickup your
packages at the post office. If your local post office is short on
staff and long on lines, that can be a problem.
