The reasons I know that you still have a functioning Facebook account
are:

1.  My Facebook Messenger messages to your account did not bounce and
were apparently delivered. 

2.  Your account did not meet any of the characteristics of a disabled
account as detailed in:

3.  You are the one who is "really sick" in addition to being a
compulsive liar.  It's fairly safe to assume that everything you
pretend to be and everything incident, where you claim to have been
victimized, is a fabrication.  I think it's fairly safe to assume that
you either created a new Facebook account in London UK to bypass being
banned in the US, or just renamed your previous account.

4.  I'm not really sure if you changed the name and location on your
original account, whether Facebook deleted that account or whether you
deleted it yourself.  My guess(tm) is you changed the name and
location because the old account conveniently disappeared at the same
time your new account appeared and all your details, such as your
photo, did not change.
