Schwalbe has introduced, a new valve which seems to have some advantages,
probably more for tubeless. With more airflow which is good for mounting
tires.

Can’t say I notice the wear at least with the pumps, have had one inner
tube, fail recently with a valve failure ie no holes but slowly deflated.

Now we'll need pumps with triple heads.....(yeah yeah I know, they have
adapters and claim SV will fit)

I'm sure there will be licensed versions, clones, mutations, copies
that don't quite fit, bad imitations, etc.  The idea could also evolve
into the rear derailleur hanger mess with its dozens of "standards".

Argh.  This is what usually happens when I try to produce a number
solely from memory.  Instead of "dozens" of hangers, it should read
938 hangers and extenders.

I guess Schwalbe will need a name for the new and improved universal
pump head.  I propose the "Medusa Pump Head" or better yet "The Pump
Head of Medusa".

Ummm....  938 pump heads might be a bit too much.

Looks like Klein trademarked Medusa Bicycles but let it expire.  Their
bicycle probably turned to stone at first glance.

The web site doesn't allow bookmarks, so try it this way:
<https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-information>
Select Wordmark
Insert "Medusa" in the search box.
Click on the magnifying glass icon.
Insert "bicycle" in the Refine search box.
Click on the magnifying glass icon again.

You should see two expired trademarks in the results.
