Frank, do you keep your tickets? And it dien't say speeding. It said something like not yielding right of way.
BTW, while going through my things I discovered some new Dura Ace 10 speed bar ends. You're the only one that could use those so if you want to pay the shipping I would donate them to your cause.
In a building we rented for a long while. the top portion of one wall was covered in my stapled traffic citations from more than a dozen states.
