Others are more expert in your resume than I am. I've only glanced at it and been amazed at your non-stop job hopping.
But I'm also amazed that working for one company at least 10 of your final 20 years was not prominently evident in that resume. Why would you leave such a thing out?
I'm also amazed that your self-described faulty memory cannot recall your work history without resorting to that "on-line resume" ; but that you somehow "remember" that particular company.
It's more likely that you _imagine_ that company. I do credit you with a powerful (and inconsistent) imagination.
