Here's the other side of that coin: All the travel programs and articles that tout the "undiscovered" vacation destinations, the places one should visit because nobody goes there.
You could ride where there's no traffic but then again the roads are gravel.
I keep thinking about doing a tour on the many gravel roads in Amish country about an hour or two away from me. But it will be a while before I can get away.
