No experience with ever telephoning them so I don't know about their telephone menu system. Most have an 'escape' function such as pressing "00" at my bank.
I have also never read Epoch online but you should have a login and password to allow access from any device. Did you check in your password notebook? Or taped under your keyboard? Or wherever you record passwords.
