:-)  Wow! I tend to forget that there are no lower limits to human intelligence. Tom serves as a good reminder.
Tom, I never called "The San Francisco Bay Area" a hell hole. I made no comments on the entire area. Based on your endless complaints, I called only your town or your neighborhood a hell hole.
There's a lot of the Bay Area that's fine. Five days ago I was talking to a person who lives there - in the heart of San Francisco - and another who recently visited there. Both raved about SF.
The SF resident is quite happy living in SF, so has no plans to leave. You're miserable about your neighborhood, so you should move out of that hell hole.
