IIRC, comparative data shows citizens in Canada, Britain, France,
Germany, etc. etc. etc. are far safer in their homes.
If that's true, and I'm not convinced that it is, it's most likely
because the USA has more criminals, as verified by the number of
prisons in the USA. Therefore, guns provide protection from them.
