Agreed. Again, competent people who study the issue seem to believe sleep habits are genetically built-in.
I'm not praising or demeaning anyone's choice of rising time. But it does seem weird that someone rises very early and immediately jumps on his computer to snark at each and every post I make. That looks like a fixation or compulsion to me.
