AFAICT, Andrew generally or always rides without a firearm. And I'll bet
he, like the rest of us, would feel no need of a firearm if he were
riding on a quiet bike path where, reportedly, young mothers push their

I have carried regularly in some situations but I am no longer regularly in those situations.
Here in Wisconsin my firearms are transported in a locked auto trunk, cased, unloaded with ammo in a separate case in compliance with the statute.
