"FOR stupies", I think you mean.
It's a scam. A balanced diet has all the vitamins and proteins
you'll ever need.

You have to keep up with the medicine. Anabolic Resistance is what causes the body to start putting on fat in place of muscle tissue and to stop responding the exercise with the growth of new muscle tissue leading both to the loss of muscle and the losa os strength of the remaining muscle tissue. This is what I started experiencing perhaps starting 18 months ago and the effects of it got pretty severe 6 motghs ago. There are specific proteins that of course are avaolable in food that can overcome this but they are found in such low percentages that you would kill yourself to eat 5 lbs of beef liver, say to get enough of these proteins to gain enough of these proteins to have some effect.

I have always been a balanced diet person and only took vitamins that you cannot get normally such as B2 in the winter when you cannot be exposed to enough sunlight.

So I too am doubtful whether this stuff can work, but it won't hurt since it is nothing more than things normally contained in food. So I'm willing to give it a try. Certainly it had enough recommendations but not from people of my age.

Sunlight generates vitamin D in the skin. Vitamin D has been
included in food processing (USA) for a very long while:

I use a very mild anti seizure medications and the doctor issued no warnings. Besides, I omly take 1,500 units of B2 and that only in the winter when I'm not getting any sun
 Vitamin "D"

so it merely offsets the lack from being in the sun all summer. I think that the limit is 24,000 units. I am alwaya outside and eating fruit givea you B as well.
Try yeast for that. It's part of your regular diet? Why pay for more?
You pee the excess out.
Vitamins B are not stored by your body, except for vitamin B12.

The diatary practices of some people are midieval.

Besides - "shadow" is another pseudonym for Flunky is thinks that he can't be recognized if he changes his pseudonym often enough.
Wow....no, you stupid fuck, I'm not "shadow".
How do we know I'm not "shadow"?
simple.
"Shadow" is politely correcting you. I'll point out that you're being a stupid fuck like usual by making claims you need B2 to counteract the lack of UV exposure.
I've _always_ posted here as funkmaster and will _always_ post here as funkmaster (yes, floriduh dumbass, I did on one occasion post from my google account, that was no surreptitious attempt, it was me not paying attention). I have no need to post as anyone else.
Besides that, "Shadow" is correct, it's vitamin D that your body generates from sunlight. You, as usual, are wrong.
What  "shadow" failed to point out is that you're wrong about fruit being an adequate source of B vitamins. They aren't, you stupid fuck.

In fact, too much sunlight can suppress Folate (B9) production.
Fruits aren't a good source of D vitamins either. I'm sure you don't know this, so I'll help you out - Vitamin does doesn't metabolize well from food sources (YMMV). Taking a D supplement and eating foods rich in D are helpful, but only to those who can metabolize D in those forms. Sunlight is your best option.

If he lives in Brazil, I suppose I could be him.

"Shadow" is just another person who is pointing out your mistakes.
Andrew pointed out you're wrong as well.
Face it kunich, pretty much every thing you post is a lie or is wrong (when you're too ignorant to actually lie about it).
