Just before Microsoft CoPirate AI rolled over and died last night,
<https://www.tomshardware.com/software/search-engines/microsoft-suffering-from-outage-bing-copilot-and-duckduckgo-inaccessible-for-several-hours>
it decided to answer a question which I hadn't asked.  For future
bicycle design, this laundry list might be useful except that I
believe all of them have been tried and failed for a multitude of
reasons:

Copilot

Let’s envision a futuristic bicycle that combines cutting-edge
technology with sleek design. Here are some features we can
incorporate:

Smart Navigation System: The bicycle’s handlebars integrate a
holographic display that provides real-time navigation, traffic
updates, and weather forecasts. Voice commands guide you effortlessly
to your destination.

Self-Balancing Mechanism: Say goodbye to wobbly rides! The bicycle
uses advanced gyroscopic sensors to maintain perfect balance, even
when stationary.

Solar-Powered Battery: The frame is embedded with flexible solar
panels that charge the battery as you ride. This sustainable energy
source powers the bike’s electronics and assists during uphill climbs.

Dynamic LED Lighting: The wheels and frame emit customizable LED
patterns. They adapt to your speed, change color based on road
conditions, and even display turn signals for safety.

Integrated Health Monitor: Sensors in the saddle and handlebars track
your heart rate, stress levels, and overall well-being. The bike
adjusts its assistance level based on your physical condition.

Foldable Design: Need to hop on a train or store the bike in a tight
space? With a press of a button, the frame folds neatly, making it
ultra-portable.

Electromagnetic Suspension: Smooth out rough terrain effortlessly. The
bicycle’s suspension system uses electromagnetic fields to adjust
damping and absorb shocks.

Emergency Beacon: In case of accidents or distress, the bike
automatically sends an SOS signal to emergency services, complete with
your location.

Biometric Lock: Unlock your bike using your fingerprint or retina
scan. No more worrying about stolen bicycles!

Regenerative Braking: When you brake, the kinetic energy is converted
back into electricity, recharging the battery. It’s both efficient and
eco-friendly.

Remember, this is a conceptual design, but who knows? The future might
surprise us with even more incredible innovations!
