I wonder if the police and the courts will ever treat these as felonies and not simple traffic ciolations. The other CAR was thrown over on its side. And this was in an alley!
Just a few blocks from my daughter's family. There aren't 'nice' neighborhoods now that car theft went from a crime to a hobby.
