That distinction is called 'full size' vs 'compact' triple.
I think you meant the derailleur mounts to a brazed tab on the seat tube, yes?
Closest Shimano product is FD-4703 Tiagra rated 50t (but will shift fine on a 52):

There are also aftermarket Shimano type full size BZ triples. We carry one from SOMA.
If it clamps to the frame there are other choices. Write or call me.
