You are correct as the over all inflation has about doubled costs -
114.8 to 338.5 past 20 years and the average house cost increased by
11% in 2023 alone,and while housing cost does not increase equally for
each year but if it did over 20 years it would be substantially
higher then inflation.
So for once you didn't yell a lie. What is the score over the past
year?
