I suppose what I have is a summer cold. And at 80 that is a lousy way to do business. This is the third day and I'm wondering how long this is going to last. Just walking around is exhausting so I can't ride the bike. I need to do some work on the Moser shifting since the cables streached. But I really don't have the strength to do it.

Cough and running nose. Afrin stops up the nose which reduces the cough but burns your throut. Aspirin work pretty good on the feeling of mailaise but it is too temporary. I don't like Ibuprophin. So I will just have to suffer through it.

In the height of the Covid thing I asked my doctor, the lead heart
specialist in the largest hospital in Bangkok,  what effect the
universal wearing of masks (in Thailand) had on the usual "rainy
season" colds and runny noses, etc, and he replied, "There haven't
been any".
