Oops, I'm wrong.  Looks like Tom's photos were taken with a Sony
Cyber-Shot camera.  Nothing available to indicate the exact model:

Unlike a smartphone, the date and time could be anything because the
date/time are reset when the battery is discharged and there's no GPS
or RTC feature that would set it back to the correct date/time.
