Tell us all what you actually know about quick releases?
Quick release is the expedited alternative process for rapidly
releasing individuals from jail, usually without the formal "own
recognizance" process:

"Speed of release: O.R. releases can take longer to process than
posting bail, as they often require a formal hearing and approval by
the court. In cases where a quick release is essential, posting bail
might be the preferred option."
Knowledge of a quick release process might be useful should Tom have
further legal difficulties.
It is amazing the you continue to show just how uneducated you are on new components.
Such knowledge isn't very useful if you continue to have difficulties
with the old components.
