Ugly looking bruise. I've seen a few large bruises along the
waistline, but nothing that was so large and uniform. Usually, the
bruise is "splotchy" and uneven because of the uneven distribution of
fat in the area:

I doubt that it was faked or photoshopped. I'm just wondering what he
hit to make it happen.
