Of course, I just keep a pair of worn knobby tyres that have become
slick in the center section.  I rode them yesterday.  102km with 36km on

Like many or most marketers, I think Jan Heine is touting nearly
imperceptible differences.

Either they sell enough at a high enough margin to recover
their tooling expense plus some operations profit or that
tire will just go away. Like anything else.
 

I’m not objecting or Frank to a new tyre on the market I’m a bit of tyre
nerd and enjoy trying new stuff out even if I go back to the old
favourites, but the marketing bull about it being revolutionary when
objectively tyres like it have been around for decades 40+ years if not
more…
