In case you missed it, Trump is President again.

Mr Trump is not President.

Not yet, another ten days, which is plenty of time for
another CIA hit attempt.
He was President and therefore has the title for life. As President elect no judge can keep him from any punishment that would thwart his duties as President. And that means that all he has to do is take this lawfare before the Supreme Court to 1. Stop it all. 2. Probably remove the legal licenses of the judges that allowed that misuse of the law to occur in their courts.
1. You wrote "Trump is President again". He is not. Yet.
2. Presidential immunity may or may not apply, and I would bet it does not apply in this case. Then again no actual crime was charged and yet the jury found him guilty. Review the indictment and tell me what he did or didn't do. It's not at all clear.
3. The Supremes already voted Yellow and declined to take up the appeal.
5. Judges are not licensed as such. They may be impeached but that is not going to happen in New York to Mr Merchan.
He is, by the way, not an actual judge.
https://ballotpedia.org/Juan_MerchanHe seems to have adequate education, legal and judicial experience (personal conflicts/bias are much discussed) but I could not find why he is an 'acting' judge without full appointment.
