If you get lost in the Windoze 10 or 11 user interface, I highly
recommend you try Open Shell:

It will emulate the Windows 7 desktop, but not Vista. However, it's
closer to Vista than what you'll experience with Windoze 10 or 11.
At least I got the stopgap moved to my old monitors and keyboard,
so reading no longer aggrvates my sciatica.
