That doesn't really work. The presidential election is decided by the
electoral college, not the popular vote. Swaying the GUM (great
unwashed masses) might work in a state that bases its electoral
college vote on its popular vote. However, the real action is in the
"swing" states, where the electoral vote might be almost equally
divided between two candidates and where "swinging" the vote will give
one candidate ALL the electoral votes for that state.

Most of the election corruption I've seen was intended to be effective
at the local (city and county) levels. There may have been some at
the state and federal level, but I didn't see those. For example, one
local election ended up with more votes being cast than there were
eligible voters. The same county managed to inflate the number of
apartments in the larger apartment buildings and provide long lists of
phantom registered voters. Using the voter registration lists of the
time, I drove to a likely apartment building and compared the list
with reality, which produced a large discrepancy.
Yes I know the difference between electoral and popular votes and I
do know that the electoral elects the president and in most cases the
electrical vote matches the poplar vote although I believe there are
times when it doesn't. But I also read that in many cases where the
member of thee electoral collage did not vote as his state "The rare
elector who votes for someone else may be fined, disqualified, and
replaced by a substitute elector. Or they may even be prosecuted by
their state."

As for unregistered voters. How does one prove that they really are
"Jeff Liebermann"? You don't have national identity cards?.
Picture ID.
And where do you get that? I'm really asking as when I lived in the
U.S. I never saw a civilian photo ID and when I'd show my Military ID
card they'd say, "What's that?"
