 So, you should be able to go wherever you want to go using any transportation medium of your choice for free?
 That's a bit of a twist on libertarian philosophy.

Aside from general punishment of the citizenry, cabbies now have a higher break-even every day, deliveries cost more to all businesses, businesses below 59th Street have less customer traffic.
