I pulled out the Caliper and measured the inside spacing of the front and rear. The seller had told me that they were 148 and 110 but they are 136 rear and 100 mm front with 12 mm quick releases with allen head receivers to tighten or release.

Looking through wheels I cannot find this size. The wheels I can find are 142 mm. This appears to be quite a stretch for the pretty ridgid rear triangle though the front will drop right in. Does anyone with actual knowledge know anything about this? I expect Flunky and Andrew to have some real knowledge.
As has been noted, "Standards are wonderful. We ought to have a lot of them."
And indeed we do! a sampling:

 There are others.
Generally, road bikes are 135mm or 142mm. But there's no limit, so exceptions abound. Feel free to start a new one. Or more!
Also note various quill diameters and three thread formats.
I do not know of a through axle disc hub for 130mm but that may exist - one ought not to be categorical on this ever changing subject.
